Job Position: General Labor

Location: Arlington, TX 76011

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr.

Shift: Days (10-16 hr days) 40 hour week.

Duties

• Assist with the demolition of buildings, walls, flooring, roofing, and other structures using hand tools and power tools
• Remove debris, and recyclable materials from work sites in accordance with safety protocols.
• Support the disassembly of fixtures including cabinetry, doors, windows, and electrical or plumbing systems under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on site
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Skills

• Proven experience with construction site work, demolition activities, or related labor roles
• Familiarity with hand tools such as sledgehammers, crowbars, chisels, and hammers; proficiency with power tools like drills and saws preferred
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and proper PPE usage
• Basic understanding of building systems including electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing

Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly and work in various weather conditions for 12-14 hours a day.
